Security Breach

I received a phone call (Robocall) from 800-275-2273 today about a security breach. I can't remember what all it said, but it mentioned that I should not sign into any banking, etc because of the breach. I had the option to press a number to connect or to call an 877 number. I didn't get the rest of the number because by then I was freaking out. I immediately shut down my computer and called my son because he has an Iphone and I wanted to see if he got a similar call, which he didn't. I finally turned on the computer and am writing this to see what is going on. When I called the 800 number, it appears to be an Apple Support number, so that would mean the call must have come from Apple. Isn't that correct?

The calls are scams. The callers are criminals using number spoofing to pretend to be Apple.
