Apple scam

Very misleading email which cost me money. I thought they were offering me 3 months of Apple Music for a free trial. I would think apple already knows I’ve had it in the past. Then I was charged because I didn’t read the fine print. Very misleading.

Your right Tim. I will be more careful. The real problem I have is I followed the link provided on email and it asked me to subscribe only not that I would be charged. I think that was the misleading part. I would think I would get a message saying you’re not eligible for 3 months free or you will be charged $9.99 and I didn’t receive that message. It is a lesson learned. It’s just a business practice that really turns me off towards Apple. I feel they’ve gone down hill in customer service. And misleading practices
