I have a terrible camera. Literally cant take pic at night with some light. Also have green dots when i take pic or record video. I have been at Apple store, and talked with support team online- no one really could help. They replaced my phone, but the new one has still same problem. Tried everything, remove case, restore the phone, clean lenses- nothing helped

The key here is "some light" - how much is "some"? Can you take good pictures outdoors or in normal indoor room lighting? The green dots sound like you are trying to take photos in insufficient light - the are the equivalent of "noise" in audio; if not enough light is reaching the sensor some pixels will trigger randomly. If you are using the built in flash note that it has a range of about 6 feet, so that doesn't count as sufficient light if the subject further away than that.
You also mention flare and light reflection, but you didn't expand on that. Camera flare can be cause by light reflecting off a case that you have on the phone, in addition to the usual definition of "flare" as used by photographers, which is caused by light scattering within the elements of the camera lens. But what do you mean by it, and by light reflection?

Believe me, tried everything.. my boyfriend has the same phone. Taking same photos, from same distance/point with same setting. Huge differecen. See the same examples
There is insufficient light in any of those scenes and the contrast between the dark scene and the bright lights is beyond the dynamic range of the sensor. The light streaks are caused by dirt on the camera lens cover. Or perhaps you never removed the protective film from the back of the camera.
I really dont think that this problem happens because of the scenes, otherwise that would happen on my friends phone too? taking same pictures. Also, what is protective film on the camera? My phone came with only a plastic covered on the front and back side of the phone. And, these pics were took with cleaned lenses
Did you remove the plastic covering, which is intended to be removed?

All I can tell you is that looks exactly like a smear on the camera lens cover, possibly skin oil.
Green dots are called lens flare. Not a lot can be currently done. You even see it in films. Your pictures look like the phone moved during the shot. Do you use Live Photo’s?
Dont use live photos. When i went to apple store first time with this problem, they said same thing: either dirty lense or moving the phone. So i had paid attention to those during taking the pics
