I am trying to disable AutoPlay in YouTube but I can't delete com.apple.Safari.plist becase it's not in my library Preferences folder. I have these plists but not com.apple.Safari.plist. Where has it gone?

I believe Apple have changed the location of Safari.plist to location that is not easily available to users.
For security reasons it may be sandboxed and put in Containers.
I don't have Mojave installed to test.

The file is in /Users/$USER/Library/Containers/com.apple.Safari/Data/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist
(where $USER is your username).
To edit it you have to reboot and disable SIP, hold Ctrl+R, Terminal, type csrutil disable && reboot,
Reboot again and enable SIP with the following csrutil enable && reboot,
When I searched for "~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist" I got com.apple.Safari.plist.3rdxIAv
