I did a restore, now I cannot find my applications folder?

I did a restore on my Mac now it cannot find my applications folder

iMac 27", 10.13

open Finder, select the StartupDisk on the left in the sidebar, select on the right side the "Applications" folder, drag that to the sidebar "favorites". It should stay there and be displayed everytime you open the Finder window.
