I have a ZTE Mobley 4g wireless hotspot for WWW access but it is limited to 5 user devices and has no wired ports of any type. I am told I could connect another router wirelessly to the Mobley using WISP. Mobley only uses 2.4 gHz. I have a Time Capsule and AirPort Extreme already networked — do either of them have WISP capability? Is that the same as Bridge mode? I would prefer for the Mobley to just provide WWW access and let my Apple network do all the local routing.

Neither the AirPort Extreme or Time Capsule can "join" a wireless network provided by a Hotspot. You would need an AIrPort Express for that.

However, WISP or Wireless Internet Service Provider, is not the same as the 4G cellular wireless that you are getting from ZTE. Instead, WISP is basically a hybrid between cellular and satellite Internet services. It would require an antenna (dish) installed on the outside of your home to receive the signal. WISP is not something that you can use to connect an AirPort base station to your wireless Hotspot.

In addition to the information from Tesserax........even if an AirPort Express might be able to "join" the network wirelessly, you would need yet another AirPort router or other brand of router.

The AirPort Express cannot "join" the network......and also......provide a WiFi signal.

In other words, in this type of setup the AirPort Express "joins" the wireless network and provides an Ethernet signal from its Ethernet port(s) to another AirPort router or other brand of router, which is set up to provide a separate wireless network.
