Apple Music says “Sorry, we’ve run into a problem”

To pay an outrageous $10 a month for a music app and have it not work is extremely frustrating. As well as the fact that the “try again” button does 0. I’ve tried turning cellular and wifi off and on again, powering down my device and restarting it, and when i delete the app and redownload it, it does not redownload my saved playlists for about a month. Along with this issue i have never been able to access the “top charts” section in browse. The price i pay for this app is not cheap, there’s no reason for these problems to not be fixed.

Hello mn02,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you are trying to use Apple Music, but you get an error saying "We've run into a problem" and other issues. I see you have already tried a few things to sort out the issues, I would next direct you to go through the troubleshooting in the following support article. While it is specifically for issues connecting to the iTunes Store, the steps it provides are useful for your issues too.

Best regards.
