Display Arrangement Tab Missing on iMac running Mojave 10.14

I am trying to use my old iMac (currently running Sierra) as 2nd Monitor to my New iMac Running Mojave.

When I go under System Preferences- Displays- It does not show me the "ARRANGEMENT" Tab. The only Tab's showing are DISPLAY, COLOR, NIGHT SHIFT

Has anyone run into this issue?

display arrangement tab missing I have successfully connected my Macbook Air 2020 to a LG 27UP600 monitor. I am able to see my desk top screen on the monitor, but I want to use the monitor as a second screen. The goal is to toggle between the two screens, but I can't figure out how to do that. It seems that I need to access the arrangement tab to do this, but it is missing. I am using a VGA adapter. Can anyone help?

Arrangement tab Hi, Does the arrangement tab on my Mac 2015 running Catalina only show when you have hooked up a 2nd monitor? as i can't see it and I'm trying to see if my Mac will work with a second monitor. Thanks
