billing info. problems

yeah so i got a $75 visa card for christmas so i figured i’d put it in my phone to buy some music. eventually, i had next to nothing on the card ($0.77 to be exact). then basically the phone was saying my card wasn’t valid so i figured i’d take it off of my apple id. after doing that, i tried to update my apps and a lil thing popped up that asked me to sign in and confirm my billing info. so i signed in and my card was definitely off the thing. so i figured it might be a glitch or something and i restarted my phone and it still won’t work. and it’s getting really frustrating:(.
