Apple care + billing problem

Hello Apple,

There is a problem with my Apple ID, that is for apple care+ billing problem in setting then when I do that, lead me to open Apple ID, but there is one thing that I can not remember all my security questions. And can’t be able to change the questions. I really do not know what I ought to do with that. Look forward to hearing from Apple support. It was being like this.
