I purchased a 2019 Lexus ES, and I am able to control the volume for absolutely everything except when CarPlay Messages. When I am on the road, or there is some back ground noise, I can barely hear CarPlay read my messages or reply to my messages. I've tried everything to adjust the volume. Any ideas? Thanks!

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're not able to hear messages as read through CarPlay.
To clarify, are you finding that there are no volume controls for reading Messages? Or are you able to adjust the volume but find it doesn't make an audible change? It's possible that a setting specific to the vehicle stereo is causing this behavior, but there are some steps you can try on the iPhone end that might be helpful.
To start, check out the "Get help" section of this link: How to use CarPlay with your iPhone. This will cover a few helpful steps, including updating your device, restarting, and forgetting and re-establishing the CarPlay connection.

Thank you for the response. I am able to adjust volume for music, phone calls, etc. But when CarPlay is reading messages to me, there is no way to control the volume. The current volume is low and can barely be heard with road noise. I've tried the volume control on the dash and the steering wheel, as well as the volume control on the phone. Help! :) If this is helpful, the vehicle is a 2019 Lexus ES Hybrid, stock audio system (Not Mark Levenson)
