Were is the rental option for Star Wars and other old movies?

I recently wanted to rent the Star Wars movie "Solo: A Star Wars Story" from iTunes store and found out that there no such an option for rent, the only option is to buy it. I have accounts in 3 different iTunes stores, German, Spanish and Greek, and none of them offers such an option. However, I remember that a couple of weeks ago I saw that option at least on the Greek iTunes store. Someone can assume that this is happening because it is a relatively new movie and that's why there is no rental yet, but I noticed that the same applies for all other Star Wars movies, even for the very old ones. In addition there is no any announcement date on the store for availability to rent at some point of time. I also noticed that Star Wars movies are not the only old ones not available for rent, there are some other older movies that have only the buy option.

I am wondering what is behind all this. The main reason I bought an Apple TV 4K is to be able to rent at least any non very latest movie, any time I want. If I wanted to buy, I can buy them on blu-ray at similar price tag and also get better uncompressed sound quality. For older movies, Netflix offers plenty of movies at much better price considering the relatively low monthly fee they ask for. The real benefit of the iTunes store is to rent relatively new movies, let's say 1 year old like "Solo", at 4k Dolby Vision quality, and unfortunately I do not see this is happening for the most part of such movies.

I have residencies, bank accounts and credit cards in 3 different countries, so nothing is illegal here. I also have 3 different apple accounts one for each country, I do not use the same across all them (I do not think this is possible anyway)

Also, this does not explain why this movie was available for rent a few weeks ago and not anymore. Also does not explain why old Star Wars movies are available for rent on blue-rays in video clubs and not on iTunes store.
