Ipad Air 2 Distorted Colours

I have a big issue with the colours on my Ipad Air 2 all colours are distorted as you can see in the attached image and im getting screen burn in and ghosting. When i set reduce white point to enabled the colours go back to normal, but whenever I try to view a video it turns back to being distorted. Does anyone have any clue how to sort this out? Thanks in advance
