Cannot see anymore my friends location

Hello! I used to use without any problem till last week the app ‘find friends’; from some days is not allowing me to see my friends position even if they can see mine; we didn’t change any option in the sharing, it has just stopped showing me friend’s location. I tried to follow also the instruction on the page ‘Get help using Find My Friends’ but nothing changed. Any suggestions?
