Lately my iPhone X is spontaneously restarting. It appears to have been going on for a while but I just put it down to software updates. The last time it happened was when I was out to dinner and the phone was sitting on the table in front of me.
Is anyone else noticing the same issue?

You can try and erase all data and start afresh like a new phone or restore from backup when all data has been erased. If this doesn’t resolve it a trip to the Apple Store for them to look at. Have you updated to the latest software 12.1.3? Make sure you have. Remember if you restore from a backup you will need to update your software again.
Do you mean the Apple logo appears? And starts up? That is called the Apple boot loop
Yes. My iPhone X just restarts all by itself.
