If you're handy you should be able to DIY. You can find instructions on OWC, also they are an excellent vendor to purchase anything Mac, including hard drives.

Apple won't work on a 2011 iMac, so if you want to have it done professionally you'd need to bring it to an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
