Slow loading and processing

iMac, 2010. Recently this computer is super slow in downloading and processing. INTERNET SPEED SITES: 213 Mbps. TEST MY NET: 64 Mbps. I don't know who to believe. This is the latest EtreCheck report. Please help.

I believe I found the problem. I booted from an external drive High Sierra clone and it worked just fine. My hard drive has gone bad and getting worse as we speak. So looks like I have job for the next few days. iMacs are not the easiest computers to replace hard drives, a far cry from the G4 towers. Thanks for the help.

Uninstall the worthless Avast AV app and CleanMyMac per the developers instructions. Both provide zero benefit to Mac OS, after both have been uninstalled restart in Safe Mode and then restart normally and test by running a fresh EtreCheck report. If ANY parts of either Avast or CMM are present then they are not totally gone and you must search for the files and Trash and empty then Trash.
