Family Sharing/iCloud Music Library - purchased music

My wife and I have separate Apple ID's but we share a large library of purchased CD music using Family Sharing. We recently signed up for Apple Music Family. If we now start separate iCloud Music Libraries, will we still both have access to our previously shared, purchased music?

The licensing for iTunes Match/Apple Music is an extension of the license you have for your CDs. "you" get to listen to the music and are not allowed to share it to any other persons.

Your iTunes purchased music can be shared via Family Sharing, but not CD based music.

Your wife would have to copy that music to her library that is the source for her iCloud Music Library.
