Old screensavers not working

I've got two screensavers, one from 2009 and one from 2015, yet when I try to run either of them, they just appear black. Every other screensaver works, and the Mac will go to sleep, but the screensaver is just black. I could understand why the one from 2009 may not work, since that's now a decade outdated, but the one that is only four-years old is a little confusing.

In all of the threads I've read, people have had issues with it not going to or starting their screensaver, but not this. I've tried clearing my cache, removing and reinstalling the screensavers, adjusting my settings, and had no success. Anyone had a similar issue or solution?

I'm on Mojave 10.14.2 on a MacBook Pro Retina 13" (Early-2015).
