XS: frequent app crash, especially at start up

I purchased this XS 256GB the first day it was ready to ship. I synced my old iphone 5s to it and just about a week later some apps start to crash. Usually the scene is the app just stuck at its launch screen, if I swipe up it'll change to the screen last time I used it, this happens especially frequent to Google Maps, Gmail, PUBG mobile, lyft, zhihu, and safari.

I still have plenty of space (> 200G unused) on this phone, and this is very very frustrating to me.
