Is there an app to log history of WiFi availability?

I would like a log of WiFi availability -- not a browser history, or of who is logged on to my account, but a timeline that shows whether the router was working over a period. Is there some way of accessing this information via Console, or is there an app that would provide, say, a graph of network against time?

wifi log shows airport entries but I have no airport I replaced my Airport with a Netgear AP over a year ago. Can anyone make sense of this 'recent wifi' document on my Air? Should I be seeing 'LEAKY_AP'? Is there an absolute hero out there who can quickly 'translate' what the last few lines of this 'recent wifi doc' means and how, if at all, it relates to me? I use a VPN and am aware of what a 'leaky app' is in principle, so seeing LEAKY_AP_LEARNED_DATA triggered some unease, or at least eagerness of broadly understand what tf it means. Thank you!

Hold an Option key while selecting the Wi-Fi menu from your Mac's menu bar, and select Enable Wi-Fi Logging.
