AssistanceTouch Grey Background Rectangle Box
Hi,
I can turn off the Assistance Touch toggle so the button goes away but the grey box behind remains. How do I get rid of it? Thanks!

No that is not the box. I can’t seem to take a picture of my screen using the right button and volume up button as it goes to turning off the phone and SOS screen. The box looks like what the original button box looked like on prior iPhone models. Thanks for the help.
Hello, This is did not fix the problem. The button goes away but not the rectangle box. Any other ideas?

Ok you need to try post a screenshot. Press the power button and up volume button at the same time. You will hear a camera click.
Ok go to settings general >reset>reset all settings. This will resolve it. You won’t lost data. But have to login again.
