Can't type into Terminal
Hi, I have a second hand Mac book Pro running 10.14.3 Mojave which was reformatted before use. During personalisation of the computer I went to access terminal (2.9.1) to setup a folder for Screenshot's to go into. When I opened Terminal I was presented with the below window. I am unable to type anything into terminal. I have tried opening a new shell, quitting the program and restarting. I have also tried to type my password with no luck. I don't know if it might have something to do with my Prefferences --> General - "Shell open With" which currently reads "/bin/CustomShellStaff" under the "Command (complete path)", even though "Default Login Shell" is selected.
I have tried to change the Command path to ~/desktop and ~/documents. I then get "login: -Desktop: Permission denied".
I am unable to enter anything into any of these terminal shells. I am not sure what else I can try so any suggestions are appreciated :)
Ta,
Ann
