iMac 2012 error kernel panic? RAM problem? GPU? :(

I've got a iMac 2012 21.5'. I upgraded Ram from 8gb to 16gm and replaced fusion drive to SSD.

After I upgraded those parts and also upgraded from High Sierra to Mojave.

And some problems occur.

  1. when I use web browser (both Chrome and Safari), it just reloads several time itself and sometimes, shut down the web browser itself.
  2. When I watching video through youtube or Netflix, frequently reboot(turning off and turning on) it self. with an message 'Some problems occur, so it rebooted'
  3. When I do some complex work with it (word, pages, web browser, coding work at the same time) then it reboot itself again same sign as No.2.

I did hardware test and have error message : 4MEM/9/40000000: 0x7eb5e990

and from the panic report I found several panic message:

what should I do?

I suspect some disposition of Ram based on the hardware test error message.

PC and Mac spec's are different.

Personally I would order the correct RAM for your 2012 iMac from either Crucial or OWC.

Yes, that is possible. Remove and re-seat it, and repeat Apple Hardware Test. If it indicates the same RAM failure then I would not waste any more time with it.

I plan to exchange with Crucial 8GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM

Those specifications are correct and Crucial is a good vendor. However, just be advised that a PC such as Dell Latitude can adjust its memory bus speed to cope with RAM that is not working as fast as it should. A Mac has no ability to do that, which means that memory must absolutely, positively meet its published specifications.

Crucial will sell aftermarket Mac memory in packaging bearing a Mac logo, even if the part number is exactly the same. They also charge more for it. That seems to imply Crucial actually tests the memory they sell to Mac customers to verify specification compliance, but Crucial does not divulge that information.
