iMac 2017 Big sur 11.4 ( 20F71) keeps crashing

My iMac 2017 has started crashing, kernel panic and keeps crashing very soon after a restart. Even when the computer isn't even running any software.

I managed to download and reinstall Big Sur but still having the same issue! I also unplug all attached cables as the system report was saying thunderbolt power issue.

System Crash Report, below.

Hi P.Phillips,

I did the following steps:

— Erase the HD

— Re-joined the Fusion drive as you mentioned

— Restore files from Time Machine using the Migration Assistant

— Reinstall most of the software that I need from fresh installers

But I'm still getting a Kernel error. I've uploaded another EtreCheck for you to review if you don't mind?

I'll be *****d if it's a hardware issue, as this iMac (2017, iMac18,3) is only 3 1/2 years old. I'm wondering if its the Little Snitch (Version 5.2.2 (6209)) software causing the error as this was recently updated before the problems just started.?

I'm thinking of reformatting the HD again and installing a fresh OS one more time, but would appreciate any ideas people might have.

Regards

~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.samsung.portablessd.mon.plist >> sense this software is for External Drive. Might be better served without it and let Apple Software manage the drive. It appears connected to Thunderbolt USB connection and kernel crash is related.

Executable: ~/Library/Application

Little Snitch Endpoint Security - version 5.2.2 (Objective Development Software GmbH - 2021-06-29) >> Is it really required versus the Biult-In Apple Firewall

com.dropbox.DropboxMac - see many person with this installed and does not play niece with the overall performance of Big Sur plus crashes associated with Dropbox

Outside of above - Kernel panics - This system has experienced kernel panics. This could be a sign of hardware failure. Could need an Evaluation for hardware issue from Find an Apple Authorized Service Provider nearest your location

Suggest downloading the Application Etrecheck directly from a Trusted Developer and well Respected ASC Contributor. The application is free or paid from added features. Run the application with Full Disc Access ( Security & Privacy - Full Disc Access ). It will take a Snap Shot -  both the hardware and software. The Report will Not Reveal Any Personal Information. Post back the Full Report - copy and paste - using the Additional Text Icon ( 3rd Icon to last )

We can have a look at the report for possible issues and may have possible suggestions to resolve the issues.

Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS.

Below is just a quick look and it appears - not good.

Honestly, the amount of work to put things right out-weights the time it would take to Wipe the Entire Drive to zero and reinstall a clean copy of Big Sur. Then, do a selective reinstallation of only compatible software specifically for Big Sur.

Kernel panics - This system has experienced kernel panics. This could be a sign of hardware failure.

Clean up - There are orphan files that could be removed.

Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed. Apple has said that unsigned software will not run by default in a future version of the operating system.

System modifications - There are a large number of system modifications running in the background.

Runaway user process - A user process is using a large percentage of your CPU.

Kernel extensions present - This computer has kernel extensions that may not work in the future.
