I wanted to do in-app purchasing in a Korean app but I do not have a Korean credit card to pay for it, however, there isn’t any iTunes gift card in Korean Won, what can I do in order to do the payment?
(I saw a button of redeeming gift card in my korean account, but there is not such gift card in Korea though)

Is South Korea your home country ? If not you can't use the South Korean store.
If you do live in South Korea, and if you don't have a card issued by a Korean bank, you could ask somebody else who is there to gift you the relevant amount from their credit card via their South Korean account
but what is that redeem gift card button for if there isn’t any gift card in Korean Won?
People can gift music, films etc. from the store, or people can get promotion codes for store items, you can redeem them via that
