Ghost Apple Account

For about two years Apple has been asking me for the password to an old Apple Account. It no longer exists and I don't know what the password. The request appears occasionally on seven of my Apple devices. Meanwhile I can access my new Apple account without any trouble. How do I make the old account go away (on all devices - MacPros, IPads and IPhones)?

If it's asking for an old account's password that usually means there's some content on your devices that was downloaded from the old Apple ID, like music or apps. Delete and redownload content with your new Apple ID and it should stop prompting you.
