Apple music download

are subscriber to apple music from more month, i have added songs to my playlist and some they i have also discharged. however this week i have met a problem. after to have added some songs to my playlist i tried to download but the download not part, namely the circle of the dowload there is but then disappears after five seconds and returns the cloud. how i can resolve this problem? I contact the support and i have done all what me is state said. But the problem isn't solved
