Itunes playlists

I just created a new playlist from my purchased library and the songs and grayed and when I tried to burn a cd i got a message that said the playlist was emply. I can play the songs from the playlist on the computer.

Note too that Apple Music items, or anything that is in the cloud, cannot be burnt to disc. Unchecked tracks are probably excluded too. Right-click and click Check Selection if applicable. Download if the items show with a cloud symbol.

Thanks for getting back to us. Apple Music and iTunes Match are two different services, although Apple Music has features similar to iTunes Match. If you don't currently have these services, there could be something else going on with these tracks. Try deleting then redownloading these grayed tracks from the iTunes Store: Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books.
