Bluetooth Peripheral device - No Driver found - bootcamp - Windows 7

Hi , I have had this problem for over a week now and I spent hours and hours on this already and tried so many different things from the internet ,yet no result ,so hoping someone in here comes with some answer which solve this once and for all .

I ran windows 7 on bootcamp ,no problem and have my printer connect to windows via bluetooth , said that to remind you bluetooth actually working for some devices , but when I try to pair my bluetooth headphone " Sennheiser HD 4.50 BTNC " , I get this error message : Bluetooth peripheral device /no Driver found -I also tried another 'solo beats headphone" to make sure where the problem is , BUT I get the same error with beats also . from here I have done so many things which I found on the internet and non so far helped and it seems is a very popular problem .

1- I contacted apple and they were useless and not keen to help and said it's in Windows part and they only responsibility is until bootcamp install windows and after that their part is done.

2-contacted Microsoft and obviously no help either .

3-I run bootcamp for driver update ,used usb drive , a)let the bootcamp find the driver automatically but when tried to install it on W7 part , it was not compatible ! fabulous ! b) found the compatible drive myself and installed it , but still same error occurs when trying to connect headphones.

4- I tried every single method on this link which seemed to help so many :

https://appuals.com/fix-bluetooth-peripheral-device-driver-not-found-on-windows/

And actually It made the yellow triangle flag which was on bluetooth (in devices and printers ) o away and at this stage I was quite happy but only for a minute , because even though it seems the bluetooth headphone is connected but when I go to volume /playback devices , the headphone is not shown ,so I can not play on it obviously.

5-At this stage I gave up on built in bluetooth and bought a usb dongle (plugable) bluetooth , but I still have the same issue with that one too , I can get it to connect but not shows on playback in volume part .

So I am not sure if it's driver problem or headphone devices or any other things .

In stage 4 (link provided), if you have been patient enough to read until here , there is a part that I updated driver manually : let me pick/bluetooth radios/manufacturer Microsoft Corporation /windows mobile based device support but I don't know if it was a right choice for someone who run Windows from mac ! or is it ? if not what should I have done ?

It is very important to me , since I work all day with headphone on for work and at this present I had to use the cable which is not ideal ,as every time I get up/sit back for 1 minute have to take it on/off .

I appreciate if someone shed some light what am I missing here . is it even a fix for that at all ?

I use macbook pro 15/ late 2013 .

Thanks for all you help in advance .

Did you get the BT drivers from Install Windows 7 on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support?

Also, devices support different versions of BT as well as different BT profiles.

Do the devices, that do not work in Windows, work on the macOS side, if paired?

Also, Bluetooth profiles that iOS supports - Apple Support lists profiles for iOS devices, which are also supported in macOS?

There is also the ability to debug BT connections, on the macOS side, using https://www.macobserver.com/tmo/article/os-x-bluetooth-menu-reset-devices. This may not help much on the Windows side, but may help determine based on pairing with the macOS side.

Yes , I got the BT drivers from bootcamp using this method : https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204923#usbdrive

but after install , when I opened the usb and tried to instal , I got the “ this driver it’s not compatible with this versy” error , so I had to gone back and format the usb and installed this one manually : https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1721?locale=en_GB

The first link is for W10 drivers which are BC version 6.x. The second link is the correct set of drivers, which need to be installed manually. Mavericks (10.9.5) is the last macOS version to support the BC 5.x drivers needed for W7. W7 is not supported on 2015 or later Macs.

both BT devices( headphones) working on MacOS side and all other mobile devices .

I mention two things maybe you or someone else could help to find out the main problem:

1-My Bluetooth printer works on windows part , no problem. So we know actually BT works in Windows 7 partition.

2-after all this problem, I gave up on built in BT and got a usb bt , but I came a cross same error, even last night I tried to connect my laptop to a speaker, using usb Bluetooth, but failed again .

This implies that your BT hardware is fine and the macOS supports it properly. If these devices are currently paired on the macOS side, run About This Mac -> System Report -> Bluetooth and post a screen shot for devices which do not work on Windows. It will provide details of the profiles and connections.

my friend is saying , it’s related to compatibility of Windows 7 ( 64g ultimate) to the new generation of devices, rather than bt, could it be right?

It is one possibility. Your 2013 Mac also supports W10. If you are willing to test W10, you can install it and test.

a lot of time Headphones or speakers are connected and I fixed BT peripheral errors, from the link I provided , but that’s as far as I can get ,, because those devices doesn’t show up in the playback volume.

from these 2 things , what do you reckon could be the problem here ?
even if I forget about drivers , why can’t I connect devices with USB BT dongle ?

The USB BT dongle may have the same issue as the built-in BT driver. The dongle's W7 drivers may not support your newer BT devices.
