How do I cancel auto renew app on my mac

How do I cancel an auto-renew application on my MacBook pro? The Edit Subscription page in iTunes there is no option for cancelling an annual subscription that is paid from my Apple account.

I received an email notice from iTunes that the annual subscription was to auto-renew soon. Several things are wrong with this: the original subscription was for only a month and it expired eleven months ago (I did not renew it). Upon visiting the app's website, my record confirms a one month subscription expiring eleven months ago.

Where did iTunes get the impression I had a full year's subscription? Why is it telling me it will auto-renew?

How do I convince Apple to not renew a subscription that doesn't exist?

The email from Apple had a link to my iTunes account information page. On that page under Settings, Subscriptions it shows one subscription with a link to Manage it. That link takes me to "Edit Subscription" page . This page only has options for renewal.
