I have plenty of videos on my iphone that upload to iCloud pictures no problem. When I try to upload videos from my PC, I get the error message above. Why this restriction? Why doesn't a search for this error come to some succinct explanation? Apple's idea of support for their ecosystem is surprisingly sparse.
