An error occurred while installing the selected updates

When I was trying to download the 10.14.3 supplemental update today and changed my wifi connection when my computer was downloading the update, I found out that the system continues to remind me that it cannot update the device by saying, "An error occurred while installing the selected updates".

I reckon it must because I switched wifi connection when the computer was downloading the update but I couldn't locate the file to delete it and re-download it. I tried to restart my device and go to restoring mode, numerous times but failed to update the device.

What can I do? The little red budge on settings are really annoying😂. THX in advance
