Just started happening. Logged out and signed back in. Restarted. No luck. Works fine on my iPhone 8Plus.

update - my "For You" tab started working tonight. However I have a caveat - earlier today I reset my music preferences. I have been trying to do this for awhile, but the newest Apple apps won't let you do that anymore. However, I do have a very old iPad2, with a pretty old version of iOS. The Music app on that one let me reset my music preferences. (i.e. re-do my music bubbles to show genre preferences). After doing that, I'm able to load "For You" in my iTunes. The "For You" recommendations do reflect my new music genres (it's no longer dominated by hip hop and pop - it has lots of rock, alternative, and blues). Anyway, that may be worth a shot if any of you have an old device laying around with an old iOS. But I have no idea how long it's going to last - each time I click on "For You" this evening I am holding my breath.
Yeah, this isn't an OS problem. I am on a Windows PC, and you are on a Mac. Sounds like they have a bug in the latest release of iTunes.
Exactly. Asking users to reinstall the OS when it is obvious they don't understand the problem is ridiculous. This is not a user OS issue but rather a software problem on their end.
Thanks. Did not work for me though. A week on and still waiting for a solution, or some kind of word from Apple.
Works for me, too, but only temporarily; I have to repeatedly sign out and log back in. So I wouldn't call the problem "solved." Just somewhat less annoying.
So do i. It can be a problem with iTunes version and maybe will be fixed in the next update. Hope so!

I tried 3x and it works but only momentarily. Once my library is finished to sync the problem comes back.
Yep. Windows 10, both App and Program of iTunes fails on “For You” tab. Clearly an iTunes bug that needs to be addressed in the next update.
yep very frustrating but it can happens sometimes. Do you have any idea of how we can flag this bug to Apple ?

My For You tab is back on my desktops.
still no dice for me :/ I've submitted a support case to Microsoft, maybe they'll have a new update. Sounds like it's very sporadic.
Did your actual Tab disappear and reappear or did it just start functioning again. My Tab has always been there but it's pretty much dead.
Yeah, the For You tab is on the endless loop of "An Error Occurred - Try Again-" with an OK button that does nothing for myself.
