Kernel panics after 10.14.3 Supplemental Security Update

Have been running 10.14.3 without incident until running the 10.14.3 supplemental security update.

Now the 12-core Mac Pro kernel panics every 5 minutes or so.

I can take the Mac Pro back to 10.14.3 without the supplemental update via my Time Machine backup, and all will work normally again.

Run software update for the supplemental update, and it's back to kernel panicking again.

I have spent weeks getting down to this conclusion, eliminating hardware and other software, and I'm not really here to elicit help, I simply am stating that there is a problem with the update and the late 2013 Mac Pro.
