I have an 27 inch iMac that needs a keyboard replacement because of some non-functioning keys.
Bought in 2013 how much more user time do I have before it will not be upgraded anymore?

No upgrade to what? If you're worried about being able to run the next generation of macOS you should be fine. If you can run Mojave you should be able to run the next generation. As far as Apple repair, your model is not yet in the "Vintage" category so if you need repairs the Apple Genius Bar can help.
