How can I transfer music from my Mac to iPhone in Mojave. I can’t find a way like the previous macOSs. I don’t use iCloud or Apple Music. I have some CDs from local bands that I want to listen to them on my iPhone.

good luck my friend, apple has been trying to cripple iTunes for years so you can pay for the paid Apple Music. My playlists have been duplicating themselves for 6 years now and they still don't have a fix for it.
IdrisSeabright that is in the old macOS. In Mojave it does not have those check boxes. It only has sync voice memos check box. It does not have a sync entire music library check box or the sync playlist check box. So how do I add from my own personal music collection?
