I have a problem with 2 fingers scrolling, it works, but sometimes when I use Safari it stops working. When I relaunch it in trackpad settings it works again. Is it a solution for it to stop relaunching it all the time?

To help isolate this behavior, I suggest testing scrolling with the trackpad while using a different macOS user account, as described in the following guide: How to test an issue in another user account on your Mac
