Can't Load Comedy Central App onto Apple TV 4 gen

Would like to load the Comedy Central onto my Apple TV (4th generation) but after many attempts it gets stuck in a verification look, asking for a code from PayPal.com/getcode ... don't understand since it is a free app. But just for fun, we went to our PayPal account, got a verification code, put it in and it did not work. We did this twice with 2 different verification codes and got the same result ... it asked for another verification code.

We have rebooted the Apple TV a few times and no luck.

Help !
