OS X updates

I want to update my OS X to 10.11 but there are NO updates available to download when I go to App store and click updates. I believe I am not stuck with OS X that it is not updatable.

IF your Mac can run El Capitan Mac OS X 10.11.6 ~ the link to download

the installer is available at this site; along with more info about options.

Because you've initially posted question in vintage obsolete OS X Panther 10.3.x

discussions community, it likely may be relocated to later supported ASC section.
