How to Solve “Mac Can’t be able to Find the Hard Drive After Upgrade to macOS Mojave 10.14” Error and Recovers Mac Data?

I have recently upgraded my macOS to its latest version, i.e. macOS Mojave 10.14 and after that my Mac couldn’t be able to find the hard drive. I have stored a lot of important data in the Mac drive. Is there any solution available to fix this problem or had I lost my Mac files and folders completely? Is Mac data recovery possible from the hard drive?
