I need to know how modify speed in a "Cross dissolve" Transition. Now I set the duration at 3 second but the image appears too fast.
There is a parameter for slow dawn the appearance of image in the same duration ?

With the Cross Dissolve transition you can only control duration and it merely reduces the opacity of the outgoing clip and increases the opacity of the incoming clip.
If you have Motion you can make a copy and change how the opacity changes.
Or you can do it manually in FCP X by keyframing the opacity in some way. It seems to me that this would be a hassle, though.

Actually, I take that back.
There are quite a number of options to configure how Cross Dissolve works. You may want to check them out. In particular, varying the amount of "ease" may get you what you want.
