What does Zoom Enabled mean?

When I power up my iPhone, I get a box with the message ZOOM ENABLED. This has been like this for a long time but finally decided to ask about it. Under Accessibility, Zoom is enabled. Is this what creates the message when I power up?

Just curious.

Yes, if you disable Zoom under Settings>General>Accessibility, you won't see this message when the device starts up. The overlay appears when Zoom's process starts up, which normally happens when you toggle that switch on. However if Zoom is already on, Zoom also starts up when the device boots which is why you're seeing it when you power on your device.
