My Apple Watch doesn’t count my steps when I workout on stair stepper.. Is there a way to fix this?

Does anyone else use the stair stepper and their Apple Watch doesn’t seem to count their steps?

Try a RESET.....Press the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
