Icloud wants to delete in 3 day my photos
I got a message that say: "in 2 days Icloud Photo Library will be deleted from Icloud." Why would they do that? I use only 2GB out of the 5GB.

They didn't do this. This message comes from an act by you or someone using your phone about 28 days ago.
When you disable the library, you get 30 days to get your photos out of iCloud.
