Have full signal, LTE but nothing will load or play

The situation is as follows:

I have full signal, LTE but nothing will load or play, and it will say no internet connection even though i am connected to my provider and have full service, as said before. If anyone has any answers as to of why this is happening, please answer. I’ve already factory reset my phone.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. I see from your message that even after performing a factory reset of your iPhone you’re unable to connect to the internet while using cellular data. Please follow any steps that have not yet been completed from this article:


If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad
