Apple Watch 4 NOT turning ON

Apple watch is stuck on green snake mode. I tried a hard rest for 10 seconds multiple times and even tried longer than 10 seconds with no apple logo showing. Its been charging over night and and still stuck on this same green snake mode!

Apple Watch won't charge or turn on My Apple Watch won't charge and it won't turn on.
