Can I purchase Logic Pro X as a gift for another Apple user? I don't want to buy a gift card. I would like to purchase app and gift it to another Apple user. Is that possible? The last time someone asked this question here, it seems, was 5 years ago so I feel that perhaps things have changed since. Thanks in advance!
One exception is if the other user is a member of your family. You can buy Logic and then share it (gift it) using Family Sharing. This is maybe not what you are really looking for but it is close to what you want to achieve. Just pay attention to the Family Sharing terms before going forward.

Hi.. wondering if your trying to gift Logic Pro X as a "surprise" gift. If it IS a surprise, this may not be possible unless U can sneak their Apple ID & Password.
The other approach I thought of was to ask this "Recipient" to sign-in to App Store with their (Recipient) Apple ID & password. Then go thru the instructions of purchasing LPX, but using "your" Credit card/ payment card. Do know if this helps.
