hi, I have a new iPad Pro 11 inch with iOS 12.1.4. I am having trouble opening the Edward Jones mobile app and website. I am also having trouble with him and USAA mobile app while I’m in the APP. My old 2016 iPad with iOS 12.1.1 still works fine.

I have a new iPad Pro 11 orange iOS 12.1.4. I cannot open Edward Jones mobile app or use part of usaa mobile app for banking. The Edward Jones APP and website keel kicking out when I open it or sign in. The USAA will not allow me too scroll through my account. I still have my old 2016 iPad with iOS 12.1.1 in all works fine. I deleted both apps and downloaded and started over again. It does not help. I have check for updates on both apps and I’m current.

I see you're having issues with two application you're using on your iPhone. One application keeps kicking you out and you're also unable to use their website. The other won't allow you to scroll through your account. Great job on the troubleshooting you've tried, and I'm happy to help.
