Chrome is not connected to internet but Safari and Firefox are

Chrome recently cannot connect to the internet.

Chrome responds on every attempt with

"This page isn’t working

(website) didn’t send any data.

ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE"

With Safari or internet there is no problem.


My anti-virus is turned off.

I added to Firewall Chrome is allowed incoming internet connections


What else can be stopping Chrome.

I found another anomaly. I finally ran my laptop while on a different network. My home network is AT&T, I ran it on a public WiFi and everything worked perfectly. I am including EtreCheck for my home network in case someone can point out something.
